Stopped by mid walk on the SW coastal walk. Lovely warm welcome to a really lovely country pub. Coffees were great and decided to stay for food, glad we did. Both had fish and chips and was cooked excellent and v large portions. Range of ales and beers on too, Ale kept well. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful little pub with rooms, on the outskirts of St.Ives. Stayed a few nights, my room was conformable, clean and a cozy retreat to return to after a day of exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. I didn't get the opportunity to eat in the restaurant, but the breakfasts were delicious, enough to set you up for the day. Thank you Badger Inn - i look forward to a future return visit.

Great carvery. Seated at our allotted time. Had a short wait while they replenished the food. Really good selection. Very efficient staff. Unfortunately a couple of personal negative points. No Guinness zéro. Roast potatoes bit difficult to cut, skins overcooked. Maybe a little overpriced on a few things. But I've realised, Cornwall is not a cheap place to eat out anymore. But after all ,we will go back.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch there on the 30th November, good service as well. I kmow, there's always something that you feel isn't right and yes, the roasties to me tasted reheated and the wgile meal could have been a little hotter. By the time we filled our plates and sat down, the food was only warm. But all said, we are all different and have our various preferences and it's not always 'like Granny did it sort of thing'. The chef was excellent when cutting the meat and all very professionally presented. Would we go again, well yes, a point of two lost for the two things we mentioned which may not be valid, but good wholesome food, affordable prices and polite staff who know their jobs well.

Nice pint, stopped off from walking the dog, but was a bit cold inside, ended up moving tables twice to find warmer spot. Friendly and welcoming pub.

Visited for the Sunday carvery. Some of our party were vegetarian so we were happy that they offered a nut roast option that was very tasty. The meat eaters were also impressed at the amount of meat they were served! Great selection of potatoes, veggies, etc. It was great value for money. Staff very friendly and attentive as well. Would highly recommend a visit!

Had the Sunday carvery at around 6:30 and before we went in I was concerned that it would have been out under heat lamps since they opened. I couldn't have been more wrong everything was fresh and fabulous. Two slices of meat with the large plate and serve yourself vegetables . Finished with sticky toffee pudding and partner had crumble, both were home made delicious. A young attentive helpful and friendly staff really made the night. Fabulous all round. Thanks very much
